Flow

For admin

• Admin will install the plugin and set the sms keys and other settings like
• If admin want to enable and disable the functionality or want to exclude site admin from mobile number verification and how long the OTP is valid for
• Default OTP for test mode is 123456
• This will update user profile mobile number

For user

Once setup,

• Each user who login, will be redirected to mobile number verification screen

• After entering the mobile number, they will receive the OTP and once verification done, the same mobile number will be updated in their profile under PHONE 1 field.

• If mobile number is not verified, user will not be able to visit any screen except verification screen

• If user update their profile and mobile number is changed, they will be asked to re-verify the mobile number

• Each OTP creation and OTP verification request is being logged so that admin can monitor if want

• Each OTP is 6 digit long and has a request id “2-4 character long”.

• Request id is there to make sure that user is entering the OTP associated with that request only, in case they generate multiple.

• Resend option will be available after 1 minute of last otp sent.
